 Real Estate Development office address: Lyman Hall, Suite 213 (historic section of campus next to the Tech Tower).
- For parking, please use the Burge Parking deck (see below). It is paid parking at $1 per hour.

Walking Directions from Burge Parking Deck - From Burge Parking deck, walk across North Avenue towards Tech.
- From the side walk, go up the steps and continue towards the historic Administration buildings.
- Pass between those buildings on your left and the Success Center / Stadium on your right.
- Lyman Hall is directly ahead.
- Real Estate Development is located on the 2nd floor of Lyman Hall, which is on the sidewalk/main entrance level, room 213 on the left.

Driving Directions From the south and Hartsfield/Jackson airport:
  • Take I-75/I-85 northbound.
  • Exit at Spring St. (Exit 249D) toward W. Peachtree St.
  • Turn left at W Peachtree St.
  • Go 2 blocks to North Ave.
  • Turn left on North Ave and go .3 miles, crossing over the Interstate and Techwood Drive.
  • The parking garage is on your left, just past the Alumni House.

From the north:

  • Take I-75, I-85, or Ga 400 southbound. If GA 400, merge to I-85 southbound.
  • Exit I-75/I-85 southbound at North Avenue (Exit 249D).
  • Turn right on North Ave and go .1 miles.
  • The parking garage is on your left, just past the Alumni House.

From the east or west:

  • From I-20, merge onto I-75/I-85 northbound.
  • Follow directions "From the South" above.

Delivery Directions:

  • See driving directions above to North Avenue.
  • Turn right on Technwood Dr NW (football stadium).
  • After 1 block, turn left on Bobby Dodd Way NW.
  • Take your first left on Power Plant Drive (after driving by the stadium).
  • Proceed last parking area on your left. Lyman Hall is building on left.
  • If door at corner is open, go up stairs 1 flight, inside, to Rm 213.
  • If door is locked, walk around to front of building.  Enter, to Rm 213.
Via Public Transit
  • Take MARTA train to North Avenue station.
  • Exit station towards North Ave, not the Fox Theater.
  • Walk west on North Ave, past the Varsity, over the interstate, past the football stadium on your right.
  • At the pedestrian bridge overpass, go up the steps to your right and continue towards the historic Administration buildings.
  • Pass between those buildings on your left and the Stadium/Success Center on your right. Lyman Hall is directly ahead.
