Science Square
Science Square, located at the heart of West Midtown Atlanta, is set to be the Southeast's premier life sciences development. Situated right next to the Georgia Tech campus, the project, that will include lab, residential, and retail real estate, will serve as a hub for Atlanta's life science talent and will further contribute to the already rapidly developing westside of the city.
This development is a collaborative effort between Trammel Crow Company, High Street Residential, and Georgia Tech. It is set to span 18 acres, with 1.8 million square feet of lab and office space, 500 residential units, and 25 thousand square feet in retail space. Phase I, consisting of 364,871RSF, is already under construction and is set to deliver in Q1 2024.

BioSpark Labs
BioSpark Labs, located at Science Square, is a shared laboratory space, intended to foster collaboration and support high potential entrepreneurs and startups in the life-sciences and bio-tech sectors. Tenants gain access to fully fit-out laboratories with advanced equipment, as well as an open office space.

Portal Innovations
Portal Innovations is a venture capital firm that works to support entrepreneurs grow their companies in the life science space of their community. They support innovators with resources and expertise they need and provide introductions to investors and potential partners.
Portal announced the planned expansion of their life sciences-focused venture, Science Square, in Atlanta in April 2022.
